The London Jewish Community has established a sign-up form to identify people in need, and volunteers available to help.

In particular, if you are a social worker or other similarly trained individual, the JCC could use your help to coordinate responses. 

Even if you are in a risk group, or are self-isolating, anyone can provide valuable help remotely or by phone. 

An emergency fund has also been established. You can make donations to the community "Help Us Help Them Fund" here.
